The storage facility is located adjacent to Faith Lutheran Church and School on South Grove Street and is protected by a security fence and digitally coded gated entry system. The heat and humidity of the Florida environment can damage fine furniture, electronics, etc., and climate-controlled units can prevent possible damage. Climate-controlled units are our most popular units, and we can put you on a waiting list if none are available at the time you are wanting to rent a unit.
A personal access code will be created upon entering into the lease agreement and will be necessary to both enter and exit the facility. The gate will be open when manager is on site. Both climate-controlled and regular units can be accessed by tenants from 6:00am – 9:00pm, seven days a week.
No. All that is required in advance is payment for your first month’s rent.
